BRZ. Just three simple letters--but then again, things never are quite as black and white as they may initially seem...
Subaru recently announced that its perennially-popular, performance-oriented ride has undergone a comprehensive update for the model year 2017, and its promises to be the very best version of the Subaru BRZ we've come to know and love over the years.
Stylistic changes include a resigned front bumper cover which both gives the BRZ a wider appearance while also improving aerodynamics and stability. All BRZ models, regardless of trim level, will receive an aluminum rear spoiler in matching body color and black finish for an extra dose of sport, befitting to the incredibly athletic ride.
And, as expected, the changes made go far more than surface deep; the car's 2.0-liter SUBARU BOXER engine receives internal updates for a reduction in friction and a redesigned exhaust manifold for increased airflow. That means bigger horsepower and torque ratings for even an even more engaging, white-knuckle driving experience.
