Climate Controlled Service Drive
We are excited to offer a climate controlled, out-of-the-weather service drive for our service customers. No matter the weather, drive right in and be protected from the elements, and our service advisors will be there to greet you.
Subaru Certified Eco-Friendly
Our new building has been certified as a Subaru Eco-Friendly Retailer thanks it's design with six key focuses in mind; energy efficiency, water conservation, recycling, waste management, community involvement, and no Styrofoam drink containers.
 From 12 To 24 Service Bays
Going from 12 service bays to 24 service bays will not only allow us to serve more CT Subaru drivers than ever before, but it will also allow us to get your Subaru in and out in a much quicker time.Â
 Over 31,000 Square Feet
Our entire building will be doubling in size, as well as our parking lot! This affects all departments - sales, service, and parts. This provides for a much more open environment for our customers when they come to visit us.
 Reimagined Waiting Area
Our all-new waiting area will be even more spacious than what our customers have become accustomed to. We will have all-new furniture, complimentary wi-fi for those looking to get some work done, and much more.
 Service Window
For those that are interested, we will have a window right from the waiting area into our service department. This allows you to watch our Certified Subaru Techs at work while they repair your Subaru.
 Service Loaners
We will have a revamped selection of service loaners! In the event your Subaru needs to be with our Certified Subaru Technicians for an extended period of time, we will have a vehicle ready for you that you can keep until your Subaru is ready.
 Pick-Up & Drop-Off
We are excited to continue offering our pick-up & drop-off service for all of our Mitchell Subaru service customers. When it's time for your Subaru to come in for service, we will come to you to pick it up, and return it to you once it's ready.

A More Modern Approach To Business
With our new facility comes all-new processes as well, to help deliver a more modern approach to doing business. For example, our entire sales team will be equipped with tablets moving forward. Not only does this reduce the use of paper, but it also allows you to be in more control of the purchase process. Plus, your sales consultant will not need to get up and go talk to our sales managers quite as often. On the service side, our service technicians will all have tablets as well. They will be able to record short video clips of the work they are performing on your vehicle, and send them directly to you so you can see exactly what they are doing to get your Subaru back in tip-top shape.
