With a 148-hp four-cylinder engine and five-speed manual transmission the Impreza offers a little get up and go, keeping you toward the head of the pack. Yet it also boasts great fuel efficiency, with 25/34 mpg in the city and on the highway respectively.

Sometimes we’re given a nickname or label as a kid that we wish we’d outgrow … fast. Maybe you were nicknamed “little stinky,” or labeled the class geek or nerd in high school. Well, automobiles also change and evolve over time, yet sometimes our image of them is still stuck in the past.

Take the Subaru Forester, for instance. Some people believe that it’s a little on the boxy side, and maybe a bit too “vanilla,” for their tastes. This simply means that they haven’t been introduced to the all-new, 2017 Subaru Forester.

It’s been said in the past that September, not January, would make the perfect month to start a new year. Whether you’re hitting the gym again after a summer away, taking up painting classes or singing in the community choir, autumn and back-to-school makes each of us a little more open to new projects and changes.

If a new Subaru is on your mind, please stop in and see us.

Packed with technology including the 8-inch touchscreen infotainment center which partners with Apple CarPlay or Android Auto, the all-new 2017 Subaru Impreza is ready to wow. As the longest-lasting vehicle in its class, the Subaru Impreza boast a 97 percent driving rate 12 years in. This year, in fact, the Impreza was named the Best Resale Value in its class by Kelley Blue Book.

We love the look of the 2017 Subaru Impreza. It’s sporty and fun but underneath you know that reliability and ruggedness is built in.

In our last blog post we talked about how great new Subaru models are for the dog owner, especially those taking part in the pampering of your pet. One owner took it to the extreme and provided their pup with a deep tissue -- or fur? -- massage, and as you can see on the Doug the Pug's face, he is in Heaven. We are thankful for what our pets do for us, and in return, adding some extra happiness to their day is our way of saying we appreciate them.

Everybody knows how great new Subaru models are for the four-legged friends in your life, especially since the company took to social media to prove this point. With numerous drivers showing off pictures of their pups having their best day ever, it is quite apparent that a Subaru model driver puts their pets first. With the Subaru Outback or XV Crosstrek, we often see drivers making room for their dog in the back, but we should remember other safety measures such as proper restraint systems.
